Brand Strategy & Identity Design Process

01. KICKOFF CALL​

Starts with a quick call to align scope, deliverables, timeline, and budget. A proposal and contract summarizing the discussion follow. Upon approval and signature, the project begins.

02. RESEARCH & CREATIVE DIRECTION​

After the brief and necessary information are collected via questionnaire or call, the process moves into research and analysis. The industry landscape, competitors, and audience are explored in depth to inform moodboards and creative direction, establishing the brand’s look and feel.

03. CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT​

With a clear direction approved & established, I begin crafting strong concepts through lot of sketching, word mapping, etc. Once refined on paper, the concepts are vectorized digitally and applied to industry-specific mockups, giving a realistic view of how the brand will appear in context. During the presentation, I walk through each concept, explaining the thinking and strategy behind it.

04. FEEDBACK & REFINEMENT​

This stage refines the chosen concept through adjustments in color, typography, and style where needed, ensuring flexibility in the process so the final identity feels resolved, balanced, and ready to represent the brand with confidence.

05. BRAND GUIDELINES & ASSETS​

Once the logo, color palette, and typography are finalized, all elements are compiled into a comprehensive brand guidelines document, which includes eveything you need to use the design in future. Additional assets will also be created as needed, ranging from stationery and social media templates to web design.

06. PROJECT COMPLETION & DELIVERY​

With all elements approved, the project moves to closure. Once the final payment is processed, all design files are packaged and delivered in multiple formats optimized for both print and digital use, ensuring your team has everything they need to implement the new visual identity and you’re equipped to stand out and shine!
